Since 1912, Di Martino has shared its PGI Gragnano pastas with Italian families. Its pasta is a bronze-drawn pasta that is slowly dried at a low temperature. It is made with 14 % protein and 100 % Italian durum wheat semolina. This blend is 40% more resistant to overcooking and highly digestible. A longer, flat pasta, Tagliatelle is a favorite paired with traditional Bolognese sauces. Wrapped in Dolce & Gabbana designed packaging, Di Martino Tagliatelle attracts attention.
