Handmade and hand cut, Hola Nola's Authentic Tortilla Chips follow the traditional cooking method made popular in Mexican households in Los Angeles during the 1940's. The chips are made by cutting up day-old tortillas, and cooking them in oil-coconut oil in this case. Typically the tortillas would be served hot to dip in salsa, so Hola Nola made sure to package their tortillas in a microwaveable bag so customers can recreate that authentic experience at home.
