Handmade and hand cut, Hola Nola's Creole Tortilla Chips follow the traditional cooking method made popular in Mexican households in Los Angeles during the 1940's. The chips, seasoned with a kick of Creole flavor, are made by cutting up day old tortillas, and cooking them in oil - coconut oil in this case. Typically the tortillas would be served hot ready to dip in salsa, so Hola Nola made sure to package their tortillas in a microwaveable bag so customers can recreate that authentic experience at home. Heath call outs appeal to health conscious customers.
