Rademaker® Hopjes are Dutch sweets that boast a subtle coffee and caramel flavor and a hard yet smooth texture. They've been a shareable staple since the late 1700s, when Baron Hendrik Hop accidentally left his sugared- and creamed-coffee on the oven. The coffee evaporated and Hop loved the resulting substance, which he had developed into the candy we know and love today.
